I decided a twenties look, because why not? The story takes place in the twenties itself. My favorite part to the outfit is the shoes.

 Vanessa reason she chose this cover and response to outfit: 
"I chose this cover because I love the dark and superstitious feel it has, and I think a 20's outfit is perfect."

I really like working on this. I hope to work with other book lovers on this.

I had to include Dany's hairstyle with this one. I might not have matched the colors to the top but I came close. I still love the combination of this outfit.


 Sansa Stark

Purple maxi dress / Heels & pumps / Yellow gold necklace

For this outfit I was surprised to find a dress in a similar colored dress. It matches really well with Sansa's dress. I tried my best to replicate as much of the look as possible, even if the insect on the necklace is not right. 

 

Little black dress / Black pumps

I went more of a LBD with this outfit. Instead of a tight hairstyle I went with something a bit loose but it still ties it together.

I thought it would be good to play with different shades of blue for this cover. The cover for this book is utterly stunning and leaves a lot to the imagination.

The Mime Order is the second book in the The Bone Season Series, and for the Bone Season Outfit I made this one more dressed up.

Vanessa Ives played by Eva Green is such an amazing character. She struggles with her inner self and her demons that she still seems so mysterious as a character. I can't wait to see what happens to her next season!

Ethan Chandler is just a mysterious as Vanessa Ives. I had a theory about him at the beginning of the season about him at the end it turns out I was correct! If you haven't seen the show I'm not going to spoil anything. you'll have to see it yourself.

I  know that it is currently summer and why would I make a choice of a scarf? These outfits are created for any time of the year. Not by the season. I thought a scarf worked because it a small detail.

This is more of a summer outfit. Who wouldn't want to wear an outfit that could make you breathe for a bit in the hot summer weather.

It was hard  to match close to it that, but I think I came close enough. I like they all  go good with each other. Showing a personality that fits it.

For this I chose to fit the personality of the main character of the series of the book.  She is a bit of a girly girl but also has a boyish flair.

In other news, I hope to have few pages of last girl of Gallifrey up next Monday. I'm working hard on it, since I'm doing this project myself. I'm working on the main cover. And hope to have that up at least Friday.  So keep a eye out.

I did sold colors for this because, you don't always need a design something put well together.  I think it also reflects the cover itself just a little bit.

I went with the elegence that this book describes of having. It is described as a futuristic Downton Abbey.  I could have gone with a longer dress, but I love this lacey dress.

I loved this book but also a sad ending to the Giver Series. Still going with the theme like giver of something simple, but like the stories it has more character to it.  The detail on the dress shows detail especially as the character Jonas grows through out the stories.

I love the colors.It was hard to choose colors for this one. I went with tone of the spacey sky from the top with the splash of  yellow from the flowers on the bottom.

I couldn't help create a flame tone this outfit. I love orange and this is a soft  and not a screaming bright tone. I went with booties instead heels or flats because I though it would be cuter.

I have said before on how much I love this show. And I will say it again. I Love this show. It was hard to find the perfect dress based around Reign that was more towards the style of the show rather than the time. I love the clothes of the era.  I was excited to find one of the crowns and ring Queen Mary wears in the show. Who wouldn't love dress as queen?

Not a people are a fan of Agents of SHIELD. I could not get enough of this show. Though it may have had it's ups and downs. I still couldn't help tuning just to see what would happen to Coulson. I based this outfit on Skye. I think she is a character that is to figure out who she is, but knows what she likes to wear.

I love this book. I love the movie as well. But the book is my favorite. I couldn't help but create an outfit based on a ring master, but also give it fashion flare. I would totally love to wear this outfit.

I am looking forward to reading this book. I thought I would keep the style of a long dress and I was excited when I found the shoes because they match so well with the cover.

Bizenghast is my favorite American published manga. Unfortunately I have only five volumes out of eight. I have always loved all the covers of this series. I have been friends  with M. Alice LeGrow but I have yet to officially meet her in person. We met through deviantart  I was so excited. I dis some edaniel fanart that she is a fan of. Edaniel Pop-art, edaniel poem card.

So I have been setting up several weeks worth of these post of outfit ideas based off of book covers. Here is my take on a few Sci-fi Classics.
